A home flipper came to me with a new project. To help sell the home, they wanted to maximize the function of the property and make it attractive to home buyers. By providing a pool, entertainment features, seating areas, and eclectic gardens, the main residents, we have essentially more than doubled the footprint of living space when combined with the home itself. Unique accents like organic rock boulders, corten steel edging and fixtures color color contrast and patina, as well as varied planting selections help highlight the craftsman theme of the home and property.
